The story moves on with the events that occur in their engineering college days, their encounters with the dean of the college, Viru Sahastrabudhe, played by the talented Boman Irani. And then one fine day Rancho disappears. Where did he go? Where did he come from? Questions like these will keep you glued to the screen, unlike any other movie. Swades movies have tried to address issues such as Brain-Drain and the dilemma of a highly ambitious Indian guy played by SRK in a very subtle way. This movie is the story of an idealistic engineer who works at NASA, Mohan Bhargav(Played by Shahrukh) who decides to go back to his routes, his village to bring in change. The entire movie goes on to show how Mohan brings in changes with the help of the villagers. This movie will compel you to think of certain things which you wouldn’t have considered thinking about otherwise.
